Timothy S. Feehan
Tim Feehan represents businesses and professionals in business transaction and litigation matters. He advises clients on business formation, acquisition and sale alternatives; labor, employment, and personnel issues; and real estate and equipment financing. His trial experience includes cases involving commercial contracts and leases, wage and hour claims, noncompetition agreements, wrongful discharge, union contributions and withdrawal liability matters, corporate dissolution and shareholder disputes, probate and trust claims, fiduciary and power of attorney misconduct, tax refund and controversy claims, and guardianship and conservatorship appointments. He is the author of the Virginia chapter in State Wage and Hour Laws, BNA Books, 2004 - 2013, and speaks frequently on employment and business issues.
