David D. Hopper

David Hopper has extensive trial experience, having represented clients in numerous state and federal courts in matters concerning commercial contracts, mechanics liens, professional negligence, and trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. He has been involved in a number of notable bankruptcy cases including Circuit City, LandAmerica and Heilig Meyers, where he represented landlords and other creditors. He regularly advises clients on risk management and litigation strategy issues, and serves as an arbitrator in commercial and construction disputes.
