Gary Cook's practice focuses on tax, business, and estate planning. He advises businesses and individuals on choice of entity and business formation matters; the tax aspects of limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations; merger and acquisition; asset and real estate financing; and shareholder dissension and business dissolution matters. He assists individuals with estate and tax planning, business succession issues, and trust, gift, and estate tax minimization strategies. His tax practice includes representing individuals and business in audits and civil and criminal tax controversy matters before the IRS and state tax authorities.
